This luxury lakefront property is very welcoming to groups, however, guests are expected to be mindful of neighbors, and adhere to noise ordinances. While total occupancy is 12, a maximum of 8 adults are allowed. Adults are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk or trundle beds in the bunk room.

Please note, there are 159 stairs down to the private beach. There are three separate landing areas available to stop and rest, which makes each run of stairs approximately 40 steps. The stairs were newly installed in August 2022. Lake conditions are unpredictable, and at any time bluff conditions may be altered, impacting the condition/availability of the stairs. The stairs are frequently checked, and maintained to the greatest extent possible. We expect they will be available for guest use, but cannot 100% guarantee this to be the case due to the unpredictability of mother nature.
